Matt Owen: Technical Director

Over the course of his career working in the entertainment field, Matt Owen has nurtured excellent working relationships with highly skilled stage and theatre lighting specialists, which enables him to put together a bespoke team for each project the company delivers.

With a career spanning over twenty years starting as an Apprentice Electrician at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, Matt went on to work for a variety of entertainment businesses both in the UK and overseas including West End Theatres, The Millennium Dome, Holiday On Ice European Tour, Hard Rock Café Hong Kong, Sky News Studio fit outs, Conference Centre and Hotel Ballroom fit outs, Norwegian Cruise line Ships, Sydney Opera House, Specialist projects in Dubai and the wider Middle East and Far East before finally deciding to establish Technical Entertainment Services Ltd. Matt also provides consultancy and management services on new build and refurbishment programmes for performance venues both in the UK and more recently the Far East, developing feasibility studies and producing procurement tender packages. Kev Ludlam: Lighting and Applications Designer

Kev brings 30 years as an experienced entertainment lighting designer to TESEC, where he applies his knowledge to application design and equipment specification. Therefore ensuring product is not only fit for purpose, but is correctly installed. Kev provides our clients with confidence though with knowledge based on experience offering an impartial opinion when specifying application product… Detailed understanding of technical related products within the environment of the Entertainment business has provided the knowledge and skill base for him to advise on Infrastructure projects, specification and design. Marius Lolescu: Site Installer

Marius is one of the companies key installers onsite, a person with a can do attitude and a fine attention to detail, with a passion that achieves a successful result. Marius has worked for the company both in the UK and the Far East on projects that range from specialist controlled LED lighting schemes, to fitting out Audio Visual systems on private yachts. He enjoys the challenge and diversity that each project entails.

Craig Larner: Metalwork Fabricator

Marius has worked for the company both in the UK and the Far East on projects that range from specialist controlled LED lighting schemes, to fitting out Audio Visual systems on private yachts. Caroline Wilson: IT Specialist

Caroline provides IT support for our specialist lighting control packages that allows the remote management of our projects offsite via our visualisation studio. This important sector of our business reduces our onsite attendance requirements to provide programming updates. These services can benefit a variety of operators including, leisure parks, theatres, shopping centres and Art Installations.

Mary: Office Manager

Mary co-ordinates and oversees the project requirements from the Company office in Bromley, as well as the day to day running of the business. Mary’s early career experience in marketing at Walt Disney World, Florida has always ensured that Customer Service is first rate and also gave her a passion for working in the entertainment field. Later corporate experience in Human Resources, Office Management and Health & Safety has given Mary the tools to oversee a smooth operation.
